General Rules of Using the Services of “PLIAZH” water park 

1. The right to attend “PLIAZH” water park is granted after an electronic bracelet is taken at the cash-desk. This electronic bracelet is an entry ticket to the territory of the water park, a key to a personal locker as well as a means of payment for the services of Jacuzzi, Roman bath and catering institutions on the water park territory. The cost of services is indicated in the price list approved by the Head of the Management Board of CJSC “KVVS”. Leaving the water park, the visitor shall pay for the services provided to him/her on the water park territory. Information on these services is available on the electronic bracelet.
2. The visitor is responsible for the safety of the electronic bracelet given to him/her. (S)he must have it on his/her wrist and show it upon the request of the water park staff. In case the electronic bracelet is lost or damaged, its owner must reimburse the cost of the bracelet in the amount of 100 UAH. It is not allowed to take the electronic bracelet out of the territory of “PLIAZH” water park.
3. After getting an electronic bracelet, each visitor must follow Rules of Attendance of “PLIAZH” water park  as well as maintain cleanness and order on the water park territory. In case Rules of Attendance of “PLIAZH” water park are violated, the visitor bears full responsibility under the given Rules and in line with current legislation of Ukraine.
4. In case an organized group visits “PLIAZH” water park, it including some minor people, responsibility for following Rules of Attendance of “PLIAZH” water park lies with the head of the group. In case the group consists of people who are full of age, liability for following the Rules of Attendance of “PLIAZH” water park lies with each member of the group personally.

Order and conditions of stay on the territory of “PLIAZH” water park 

1. Decision on the duration of stay on the water park territory is passed by each visitor on his/her own. Payment for the services rendered is made in the cask-desk of “PLIAZH” water park.
2. Duration of stay in the water park starts being calculated from the moment the entry ticket (electronic bracelet) is purchased up till the moment it is given back at the cash-desk
3. In case of incomplete use of the time paid for no monetary reimbursement is made.
4. In case there arise any unforeseen technical problems with side-shows and in case it is impossible to use them, prices are not reduced for the stay in the water park and/or no monetary reimbursement is made.
5. In case the limit of the time paid for is exceeded, the visitor shall make an additional payment for the time used in line with the price list approved by the Head of the Management Board of CJSC “KVVS”.
6. Visitors are entitled to stay on the territory of the water park only within the fixed hours of work of “PLIAZH” water park.
7. Visitors are allowed to the water park territory till 9.00 p.m. People are taken out of the wet area at 9.45 p.m.; water side-shows stop functioning at 9.45 p.m. Orders in the bars within the wet area are accepted till 9.45 p.m.; in the bistro – till 9.45 p.m.; in the fresh air bar – till 10.50 p.m.; in  the pub-billiard - till 11.00 p.m.

Rules of Stay in the Entertainment Area of “PLIAZH” water park 

1. The visitors shall leave outer clothing in the cloakroom. It is not allowed to enter the territory of the Entertainment Area of “PLIAZH” water park in the street shoes.
2. Having got the electronic bracelet, the visitor must go to the checkroom, change clothes, put things into the locker and close it. It is not allowed to use other means to close lockets, but for the envisaged ones. Administration of “PLIAZH” water park reserves the right to dismantle all the locking devices which are not envisaged without bringing it to the notice of the visitor.
3. Before entering the Entertainment Area of “PLIAZH” water park, the visitor must take a shower. It is not allowed to rub different creams and ointments into the skin as well as use glass packaging in shower cabins.
4. It is not allowed to bring to the Entertainment Area of the water park any glassware, including crockery as well as soap, shampoos, lotions, other cosmetic means and chemical substances.
5. The clothes in the Entertainment Area of “PLIAZH” water park is as follows: for women - a swimming suit, for men - swimming trunks.
6. Visitors of side-shows and swimming-pools are not allowed to wear swimming suits with belts, rivets, buckles, metal decorations.
7. Visitors of side-shows and swimming-pools are not allowed to wear spectacles, jewelry and decorations.
8. It is not allowed to use food and beverages in the places not allotted for that, in particular, in the swimming-pools of the water park, in saunas, etc.
9. It is not allowed to bring foodstuff and beverages to the water park.
10. It is not allowed to bring to the territory of the water park fire-arms, gas, pneumatic arms and cold steel, thrust and sharp objects, as well as explosive and inflammable substances.
11. It is not allowed to enter the water park territory with animals, birds, reptiles, etc.
12. Smoking is not allowed throughout the whole territory of “PLIAZH” water park. For smoking on the territory of “PLIAZH” water park the visitor shall pay a fine in the amount of 500 UAH.
13. On the territory of “PLIAZH” water park it is not allowed to carry out any trade, advertising, commercial activity as well as take professional photography and video filming without the corresponding permission of the administration.
14. People whose behaviour can obstruct the leisure of other visitors of “PLIAZH” water park, or people who are in the state of alcohol, drug or other intoxication, can be refused entrance to the water park.
15. The staff of “PLIAZH” water park reserves the right to take measures against the visitors who are  in the state of alcohol, drug or other intoxication, who are mentally unbalanced as well as visitors who do not react to the remarks of the staff of “PLIAZH” water park and do not follow Rules of Attendance of “PLIAZH” water park.
16. In case the visitor violates Rules of Attendance of “PLIAZH” water park, (s)he is deprived of the right to use water park services without the monetary reimbursement for the time which has not been used.
17. Visitors of “PLIAZH” water park are not allowed to enter technical and office premises on the territory of the water park. Visitors who have entered such premises bear full responsibility for damages and accidents which took place in the area.
18. Visitors are not allowed to disturb the staff of “PLIAZH” water park as well as other visitors by playing musical instruments, using audio- and video equipment, speaking devices, noise, whistling, singing or in any other way. Administration of “PLIAZH” water park is not responsible for the electronic devices damaged on the territory of the complex.
19. It is not allowed to use Roman bath for the purposes of personal hygiene (shaving, washing of personal things, etc.).
20. Joint stay of men and women in the Roman bath is allowed only in the swimming suits.
21. After the stay in the Roman bath it is necessary to take a shower.
22. People under 16 must stay in the Roman bath only being accompanied by adults.

Safety Regulations in the Entertainment Area of “PLIAZH” water park 

1. All the visitors shall follow safety regulations while moving along the flights of stairs and while staying on the start boards of the side-shows.
2. It is not allowed to leave children under 12 unwatched on the whole territory of “PLIAZH” water park.
3. It is not allowed to jump and dive into the water from the nosing of Jacuzzi and swimming-pools.
4. It is not allowed to run and push other visitors close to the swimming-pools.
5. It is not allowed to go down the waterslides in the following positions: standing, resting on the stomach or head ahead. The visitor shall start going down the waterslides sitting legs ahead or resting on the back in accordance with “Rules of “PLIAZH” Water Park Side-Show Use”.
6. Before going down the waterslide one should get acquainted in detail with the rules of using that waterslide.
7. Use of the side-shows of “PLIAZH” water park takes place in accordance with the instructions. One can start going down the waterslide only after the starting signal and after the waterslide is free from people, and the previous visitor finishes his/her downtake.
8. It is not allowed to go down the waterslides in case water is not supplied – that is in all the cases when automatic supply of water to the waterslides is switched off.
9. People whose hair is over 40 cm long must put the hair up for the purposes of safety and hygiene.
10. In order to prevent possible injuries, after (s)he goes down the waterslides into the swimming-pool the visitor must immediately leave the corresponding area of the receiving swimming-pool in question.
11. The procedure of visitors entering all the side-shows is regulated by the representatives of the rescuing service. Visitors must follow all the instructions and requests of rescuers and other representatives of “PLIAZH” water park.
12. Children under 12 are not allowed to go down “Turbo” and “Voronka” waterslides of the Entertainment Area of “PLIAZH” water park without the accompaniment of parents.
13. People under 16 are entitled to visit “PLIAZH” water park only being accompanied by adults.
14. Grown-up visitors whose weight exceeds 130 kilograms are not allowed to use waterslides.
15. Pregnant woman are not allowed to go down the waterslides and attend the Roman bath.
16. Visitors with cardio-vascular diseases, nervous disorders as well as asthma, epilepsies and spine diseases are not allowed to use side-shows of the Entertainment Area of “PLIAZH” water park.
17. People having any signs of infectious skin diseases, open wounds, signs of other types of diseases as well as signs of insufficient personal hygiene are not allowed to attend “PLIAZH” water park. Visitors who have violated this rule and have brought harm to the health of other visitors bear administrative responsibility.
18. In case any traces of disease or trauma are identified, the visitor must address “PLIAZH” water park’s first aid centre.
19. Administration of “PLIAZH” water park does not bear responsibility for the injuries and damages which occurred as the result of not following and violation of Rules of Attendance of “PLIAZH” water park.

Duties and responsibility of the visitors of “PLIAZH” water park  

1. In case material damage is incurred by “PLIAZH” water park, the visitor shall reimburse the damage in full scope.
2. Precious things, jewelry, documents, etc. must be left at the reception in safes. The administration does not bear responsibility for the things listed above, in case they are left by visitors in the cloakroom, individual lockers or in any other place not allotted for that.
3. On getting the electronic bracelet the visitor agrees with the Rules of Attendance of “PLIAZH” water park and shall follow them.
